Job summary

Hello Auto Group in Southern California is expanding its used-car acquisition team to support three stores in Temecula and San Diego. We seek a leader with proven vehicle-buying experience to drive inventory strategy, sourcing from multiple channels, and coordinate reconditioning and logistics.

You will work closely with owners, GMs, and sales managers to beat market pace, optimize days-to-inventory, and train staff on used inventory management.

Qualifications

• At least two years of vehicle-buying experience.
• Experience with vAuto and CDK is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High energy, multi-tasking and ethical behavior required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire inventory through multiple sources
• Coordinate transportation
• Manage and coordinate reconditioning
• Train and develop an increased awareness of used inventory
• Manage online inventory from photos, descriptions, spotlight management
• Assist in appraisals at the sales desk and training Client Advisors on Used cars.
