You'll manage a sales team, oversee pricing strategies, and coordinate with auctions and wholesale channels while maintaining regulatory compliance and a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have superior people skills and excellent communication skills.
• Five years of previous experience as an Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager in a dealership is preferred.
• Proficiency with dealership DMS, CRM, and inventory management/appraisal tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and direct Sales Team.
• Assist individual sales reps in setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals.
• Explain policies and procedures to sales staff and ensure compliance.
• Promote a positive attitude to boost morale and motivation.
• Oversee advertising and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and timeliness.
