Job summary

Hello Auto Group is building a used-car acquisition team for our three stores and needs someone with experience to lead it. We currently have three stores: a Subaru and Mazda Campus in Temecula and a Mazda Store in San Diego.

We need additional inventory to sustain the double-digit year-over-year growth we are seeing. This role requires at least two years of vehicle-buying experience; experience with vAuto and CDK is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of vehicle acquisition experience.
• Solid understanding of retail purchasing and merchandising.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Multi-tasking and high energy are a must for this position.

Responsibilities

• Acquire inventory through multiple sources.
• Coordinate transportation for vehicles.
• Manage and coordinate reconditioning.
• Train and develop awareness of used inventory.
• Manage online inventory from photos and descriptions.
