Shield AI is seeking a Director, USAF Growth Campaign Leader to orchestrate the integrated USAF campaign picture across X-BAT FoS pursuits, aligning strategy, milestones, dependencies, and resources. You will drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, product, export, legal, contracts, and finance to deliver decisive capture outcomes.

You will enable GTM leads with the templates, data, competitive inputs, and access they need, while ensuring leadership sees a clear, decision-ready view

Qualifications

• U.S. person with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated USAF campaign view across all X-BAT FoS USAF pursuits.
• Enable GTM leads with templates, data inputs, and cross-functional access.
• Coordinate engineering, product, export, legal, contracts, finance against a single plan.
• Identify conflicts across campaigns and advise executives on tradeoffs.
• Run campaign reviews, risk registers, dashboards for leadership.
• Support accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
