Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Director, USAF Growth Campaign Leader, to orchestrate the integrated USAF campaign picture across the X-BAT FoS pursuits. You will align strategy, milestones, and resources, coordinating across engineering, product, export, legal, and finance to accelerate captures.

You will empower GTM leads with templates, inputs, and data while ensuring decision-ready reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. person as defined by ITAR with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• 12–20+ years in capture management or related leadership roles.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, product, and government relations.
• Strong executive communication and dashboarding skills.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and funding cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated USAF campaign picture across X-BAT FoS USAF pursuits: strategy status, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and campaign health in one view.
• Provide GTM leads with templates, playbooks, data, competitive inputs, cost and schedule inputs, and cross-functional access.
• Coordinate engineering, product, export, legal, contracts, finance, government relations, and business operations against a single campaign plan.
• Identify conflicts between campaigns and advise leadership on tradeoffs and recommendations.
• Run the operating cadence: campaign reviews, gate reviews, risk registers, action tracking, and executive dashboards.
• Steward indirect investment with Finance and Business Operations to track campaign spend and resources.
• Capture lessons learned and translate them into repeatable tools and templates for future campaigns.
• Support a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Roll up sleeves on critical customer responses (RFI, RFP, CSO) with cross-functional inputs and on-time submission.
