Shield AI seeks a Director, USAF Growth Campaign Leader (X-BAT FoS) to oversee the integrated USAF campaign picture and cross-functional execution. This onsite Dallas-based role partners with GTM leads to align strategy, investments, and outcomes across engineering, product, export, legal, and finance functions.

The role requires deep defense-growth experience, superb executive communication, and the ability to drive decisions with clear tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years in capture management, program management, or cross-functional leadership.
• Deep knowledge of USAF procurement, funding processes, and fast-track channels.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and deliver decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated USAF campaign plan and health reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, export, and legal.
• Drive executive decision quality with risk registers and dashboards.
