Qualifications

• U.S. person as defined by ITAR with ability to obtain DoD clearance is required.
• 12–20+ years in capture management, program management, or cross-functional leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Knowledge of USAF funding, SAF/AQ, PEO dynamics, and rapid-acquisition paths is preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated USAF campaign view across all X-BAT FoS USAF pursuits.
• Enable GTM leads with templates, data, inputs, and cross-functional access.
• Coordinate engineering, product, export, legal, contracts, finance, and government relations.
• Identify conflicts between campaigns and present clear tradeoffs to leadership.
• Run campaign reviews, risk registers, and executive dashboards for decisions.
• Track campaign investment and indirect spending; manage resource planning.
