Shield AI in the United States is seeking a Director – USAF Advanced Systems to lead strategic sales, capture efforts, and engagement with USAF stakeholders for X-BAT and other advanced systems. You’ll own the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to high-value contracts.

This role requires deep defense sales expertise, a solid understanding of USAF missions and acquisition frameworks, and the ability to drive multi-year programs across cross-functional teams, while navigating security

Formación

• 10+ years of strategic capture and Air Force acquisition experience.
• Deep knowledge of Air Force acquisition processes.
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred) and DAWIA Program Manager - Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Shield AI’s work with acquisition offices shaping and responding to solicitations.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic Air Force program wins and close high-value contracts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships within program offices and manage industry partner relationships.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios.
