Job summary

Grunley Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to assure top-tier construction quality and compliance with materials and workmanship standards. The role reports to the Vice President & General Manager and coordinates with project leaders on site.

Required are a 4-year degree (or equivalent) with significant construction experience, USACE CQM Certification, and US citizenship. The position offers competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 5+ years construction experience; or an Associate’s with 10+ years experience.
• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures with the Corps of Engineers.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Quality Control Plan for submission.
• Review and approve work plans and product submissions.
• Plan and conduct a three-phase inspection program.
• Maintain site-specific test logs and ensure conformance with submittals.
• Prepare daily reports and assist Safety Department with documentation.
