Position Summary: As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do:

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment, and product specifications.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve service experience.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and customer transactions, ensuring safety and compliance.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful team environment.
