Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use POS systems and sales techniques effectively.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions and adapt to new tools.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies. Track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety standards, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing member experience, developing others, and modeling high-quality service. Foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Comply with company policies and standards.
- Respect the Individual: Embrace diversity, create an inclusive workplace, build trusting relationships, and motivate others. Recognize contributions and help team members develop.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00. Actual pay will meet or exceed the local minimum wage. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
Minimum Qualifications...
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Successful completion of required trainings and assessments if hired
- Must be 18 years or older

- Experience in auto service industry or retail
