As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and systems to drive sales, improve service, and support team engagement; adapt to new technology and encourage others.
• Be an Owner: Manage inventory, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain safety and compliance standards, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and embody the brand values.
• Follow company policies, complete work assignments, and contribute to continuous improvement.
