Job description

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. Your goal is to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
• Maintain the Sales Floor in the Tire and Battery Center according to company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and managing shrink and damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise, organize the Tire and Battery Center, and complete documentation following company procedures.
• Ensure safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures.
• Assist with automotive services, including tire installation, repair, balancing, rotating, and battery testing and installation, while following company guidelines and operating computer equipment for processing services.
