Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians, ensuring safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, and product specifications, including TPMS and Point of Sale systems.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan and drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions related to safety and product information.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; operate cash registers; maintain inventory accuracy; and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and embody the company's values and culture, fostering a respectful and supportive work environment.
