Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver more of what our members love, for less, by working collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and in-person interactions.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions and training others on new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Process transactions, maintain documentation, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Comply with company policies and support continuous improvement.
