Field Service Technician - 90% Travel Required

Join us as a Field Service Technician - 90% Travel Required at FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving.

This role involves traveling extensively to customer sites across the USA, Mexico, and Canada to install, repair, and maintain our industry-leading laser marking equipment. You will work remotely, primarily based on the East Coast, and report to the Field Service Manager.

Responsibilities include:

1. Create and grow business by supporting regional and company goals.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
3. Identify, own, and resolve issues with customer accounts.
4. Receive advanced technical training at customer sites and remotely.
5. Travel approximately 90% of the time, flying out Monday and returning Friday.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of field service or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Hardware/Software.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

Compensation:

The annual salary range is $53,000 - $62,000 USD, plus incentive pay. Compensation depends on experience, education, and other factors.
