Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
• Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, and ensure quality standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and proper merchandise handling.
• Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, train and mentor others, and recognize contributions. Support a culture of belonging and inclusivity.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Complete work assignments efficiently, collaborate with team members, and continuously seek improvements and learning opportunities.
