Position Summary...
As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management. Operate and sanitize equipment.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and quality, and encourage others to adopt these tools.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a clean work area, and ensure product quality. Assist members with purchasing, proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, interact with associates to understand and overcome roadblocks, and assist in training.
- Compliance and Work Management: Follow company policies, complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to successfully complete required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in meat processing area is preferred.
