Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain quality standards, reduce waste, secure merchandise, assist members, and ensure proper packaging and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and assist in training associates.
