We are currently seeking a Machine Operator based in Hobart, IN. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this role involves operating production machinery, selecting appropriate programming, loading raw materials, inspecting materials for quality, and packaging finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Start and monitor machines, recording operational data.
2. Maintain a steady flow of raw materials to ensure continuous production.
3. Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
4. Perform machinery changes to produce different products.
5. Communicate production results and issues effectively to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and experience working around manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machinery issues.

Within 3 months, you will:

• Become knowledgeable about all processes at your work station.
• Understand and interpret codes and notifications related to your work station.
• Troubleshoot minor errors and communicate effectively with relevant parties.
