Position Details:

• Job Title: P.M. Line 3 Makeup Bake Shop Helper/Break Lunch Relief
• Workday Grade Level: H003
• Base Rate per Hour: $23
• Shift: 2nd
• Number of Openings: 1
• Hours: Generally starting as early as 1:45 PM, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Hours may vary based on schedule and holidays. Good attendance and punctuality are required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cover various positions on Line 3 for breaks, lunches, call-offs, and vacations, including roles like Divider Operator, Moulder Operator, Oven/Proofer Attendant, Pan Operator, and Slicer Feeder/Bagger Caser.
2. Monitor, record, and maintain product quality standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP, CTS, SOP, Safety, GMPs, and JSA.
3. Assist in ingredient handling, equipment operation, and line maintenance as needed.
4. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and QA teams.
5. Perform general cleaning and uphold 5S standards.
6. Follow safety and operational procedures for each specific role.

Specific Role Descriptions:

• Moulder: Operate and adjust moulders, ensure quality molding, and assist with other positions as needed.
• Pan Feeder: Place and remove pans, move pan trucks, and assist with line operations.
• Divider: Set up and monitor dough dividers, control weights, minimize waste, and maintain standards.
• Oven/Proofer Operator: Set up and operate ovens and proofers, monitor baking processes, and assist with equipment adjustments.
• Bagger/Caser: Check bread quality, operate bagging equipment, and ensure proper product coding.
• Slicer Feeder: Feed bread into slicers, monitor quality, and troubleshoot jams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Food safety awareness, including HACCP, GMPs, and related standards.
• Ability to follow exact formulas and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per 5S standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Two years related experience or training preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as described.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, temperature extremes, noise, and wet environments. Compliance with safety regulations is mandatory.

This role may require overtime and is subject to a 90-day performance evaluation. Employees must stay on the job for at least one year. Vacation policies are subject to change. The position is supervised by the Duty Supervisor.
