The Inscape Core Engineering Team develops scalable, robust software solutions. We collaborate across departments to align our technical roadmap with business and customer needs, driving our product capabilities forward.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's in CS, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of software engineering experience.
Option 2: 7+ years of software engineering experience.
Plus, 2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s in CS or related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of creating accessible digital experiences, WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices are highly valued.
