Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead remodels and new store projects across the U.S. This role includes overseeing project execution, mentoring associates, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S., delivering store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the country. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of projects, coordinate with store leads, supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work primarily on night shifts (10–12 hours). Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles; expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or 17–21 days at a time. Employees must have reliable transportation and may be required to travel to surrounding states or beyond.
Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock participation could be available.
