Job description

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S., delivering store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the country. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of projects, coordinate with store leads, supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute projects in assigned stores, ensuring they meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and address escalations.
  • Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
  • Mentor and develop associate team members, providing training, recognition, and career path guidance.
Shift & Travel

Work primarily on night shifts (10–12 hours). Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles; expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or 17–21 days at a time. Employees must have reliable transportation and may be required to travel to surrounding states or beyond.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock participation could be available.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis; OR 3 years of such experience.
  • Will complete all required job trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
