Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to deliver store remodels, new store openings, clubs, and other special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly team members, collaborate with store leadership, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join Walmart U.S.’s Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new store openings, clubs, and other special projects across the United States. Your role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high‑quality standards. You will partner with store leadership to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and keep everything on track. Frequent travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and either 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or 3 years of experience in these areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management – Management Professional Certification.

Additional Information

• Reliable transportation required.
• Supervision and development of associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support the Open‑Door Policy, and provide guidance on ethics and integrity.
• Maintain business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying business needs, monitoring progress, and adapting to changing demands.

Shift Details

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. Expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with mileage and overnight stays reimbursed.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000, with potential for performance bonuses.
