As a Realty Project Coach, you will join Walmart U.S.’s Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new store openings, clubs, and other special projects across the United States. Your role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high‑quality standards. You will partner with store leadership to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and keep everything on track. Frequent travel is required.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. Expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with mileage and overnight stays reimbursed.
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000, with potential for performance bonuses.
