Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Realty Project Coach to join the US Realty Execution team. You’ll lead store and club remodels, openings, and special projects across the U.S., ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise and develop associates, communicating plans and obstacles to stakeholders. Travel is frequent with long overnight shifts, and compensation includes base salary plus potential bonuses and stock options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management/space management/store design/operations/data analysis experience, or 3 years in these areas.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMI certification is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Influence team to meet timelines and deliverables, coordinating with store leadership, suppliers and associates.
• Own end-to-end project execution in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes and obstacles to stakeholders.

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join Walmart US Realty Execution team to deliver store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects across the U.S. You will own project execution, ensuring on‑time delivery, staying within budget, and meeting top‑notch quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Influencing Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables, and resolve concerns with store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership: Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop Associates: Supervise and develop team members; listen to ideas, evaluate talent, provide training and mentorship, recognize performance, and identify career paths.

Shift, Travel & Salary

Shift: Primarily overnight, 10–12 hour nights. Travel: Frequent travel up to 1,000 mi, away from home 80% of the time or 17–21 days at a time. Salary: $70,304–$121,000 annually. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management – Management Professional Certification (PMI).
