Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, identifying priorities, communicating progress, and seeking improvements.

Provides Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Complies with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability.

Acts with integrity, serving customers and members, delivering results, and supporting Walmart's values and sustainability goals.

Strives for excellence by learning continuously, supporting change, and supporting team success.
