Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; and recommends improvements, adapting to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
Complies with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans, and applying the Open Door Policy to business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating an inclusive workplace, building trust, and fostering opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.
