Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Completes Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Prioritizes work using policies, data, and resources, collaborates with team members, and communicates progress and improvement ideas effectively.

Provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Follows company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, strives for continuous improvement, and supports change and innovation.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances.
