Job description

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials correctly, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items for Members, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members and partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Complies with company policies and ethics, implementing action plans, and applying the Open Door Policy in all business practices.

The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $26.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
