Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials handling procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock issues.

Completes work efficiently by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting Company offerings.

Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability.

Acts with integrity, serving customers and members with honesty, humility, and transparency, and supporting Walmart’s culture and values.

Delivers results by making customer-focused decisions, balancing priorities, and considering the impact on the team.
