Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities; and communicating progress and improvements.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, respecting individuals, embracing differences, building trust, and creating an inclusive workplace.
7. Acts with Integrity by maintaining high standards, being accountable, and supporting Walmart’s culture and goals.
8. Serves Customers and Members by delivering results, making informed decisions, and considering the impact on the team and stakeholders.
