$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and ensuring customer service standards are met.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains the sales floor, manages safety, and ensures merchandise presentation aligns with company policies.
• Oversees order picking and staging, develops processes to meet business needs, and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Leads and participates in team activities, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.
