Job description

Position Summary...

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, providing guidance on service approaches, ensuring complaint resolution, and supporting recruiting and coaching efforts.

Manages stock and organization of supplies, merchandise, and the sales floor, ensuring safety, proper presentation, and compliance with policies. Oversees product quality, rotation, sanitation, and inventory management.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with teams, and ensures compliance with policies and ethical standards. Leads and participates in team activities, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.

Supports customer and member service, strives for continuous improvement, and adapts to change effectively.
