YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Through your leadership, your team always nails floorset execution, and rocks merchandising and marketing brand standards. Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to drive KPIs.
• Merchandising innovator: Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maintain visual standards, and identify merchandising opportunities.
• People leader: Motivate and inspire your team, hold them accountable, and uphold customer service standards.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team to ensure outstanding service and store performance.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily operational procedures, support visual standards, and maintain guest-ready fitting rooms.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, asset protection, adhere to policies, and do the right thing always.
