Walmart is looking for a retail supervisor at Sam's Club in Ohio. This role focuses on member service while assisting managers with supervising employees, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the sales floor. The position offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and educational benefits.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, and providing guidance on member service approaches. Ensures compliance with company policies, supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, stocks and arranges merchandise, and ensures product quality and sanitation standards are met.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis, and supports compliance with policies and ethics.
Leads and participates in teams, coordinating work and supporting team members to achieve goals.
Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders to ensure adherence to company policies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances.
Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months of retail and 6 months of customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.
