A leading retail company is seeking a dedicated team member to provide exceptional member service and assist in managing store operations. The role requires retail and customer service experience, with responsibilities including overseeing merchandise, supporting team activities, and ensuring compliance with policies. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety and cleanliness, manages claims and returns, and ensures product quality and presentation.
Oversees order picking, develops and implements processes, promotes compliance with policies and ethics, and leads team activities.
Benefits include health, financial, paid time off, education, and other perks. The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
Must be 18 years or older. At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.
