Requires 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful completion of background checks and training is required. Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.
Includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
