Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
- Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives effectively.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following and exemplifying the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives, including store community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs and complaints are addressed and resolved.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and lead process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory and operational processes.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance.
- Coordinate and oversee activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans, and tracking progress towards goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, support company values, and promote an ethical workplace through action plans and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications...
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-related facilities, successful completion of background checks and training is required. Associates must attend and complete all job-related training.
Preferred Qualifications...
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certificates through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
