$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, providing feedback, and communicating store operations and business initiatives.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, and develop action plans to improve customer experience.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support company values, and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
• Build high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, and foster a workplace of respect and trust.
• Make data-driven decisions, encourage continuous improvement, and support change initiatives.
