Demonstrating exceptional customer service standards, managing customer service initiatives, resolving customer issues, and developing action plans to address deficiencies are key aspects. The position requires driving financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow. Supervisory duties include hiring, training, mentoring, and developing associates, setting expectations, recognizing contributions, and fostering a culture of belonging. The role also emphasizes building strong relationships, supporting company policies, acting with integrity, delivering results focused on customer satisfaction, and encouraging continuous improvement and learning.
