Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for decision-making.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, interact with associates, and support training and development.
