Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and provides excellent customer service. Maintains flexibility to meet business needs, keeps stock levels optimal, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follows recipes and measurements, works with decorating tools, and adheres to food safety and sanitation standards. Operates and sanitizes equipment, understands product layout and execution.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates. Utilizes handheld technology for decision-making related to production, merchandise, and training, and encourages others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Ensures bakery area performance, quality, and date control standards. Prepares for seasonal events, identifies member needs, assists with purchasing, and resolves member issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with associates to understand obstacles, and supports training and development. Promotes a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
6. Follows company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
7. Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement, while adapting to change and feedback.
