Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout execution.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, and mentor others, fostering a respectful and supportive team environment.

Compensation

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications

Cake decorating experience is preferred.
