Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintain flexibility to meet business needs, keep stock levels optimal, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards and inventory management.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and boost associate engagement. Adapt to new technology and encourage others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, supporting and developing team members, and fostering a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
