Job description

Position Summary... As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures consistency in quality and decorative designs, follows recipes, works with decorating tools, adheres to food safety standards, manages inventory, and maintains equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates; utilizes handheld technology for business decisions and encourages others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Ensures quality standards, manages bakery volume for seasonal events, assists members, and resolves issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with associates to develop and motivate them, and fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with team members, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $25.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 years or older, and able to complete required training and assessments.
