Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain inventory, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy, follow recipes, use decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and operate equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful team environment.
