Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of U.S. business immigration experience.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and visa classifications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience with HRIS and immigration case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U.S. immigration cases (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1, F-1, etc.).
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on immigration processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external counsel for timely case processing.
• Maintain immigration records, case trackers, and reporting.
• Support audit prep, program initiatives, and invoicing/budget tracking.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to produce program metrics.
• Monitor deadlines and communicate upcoming actions to stakeholders.
