Job summary

Manifest OS is seeking a senior leader to scale its global consular practice for business travelers. You will own filings at embassies and consulates worldwide and guide post-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consular or business visa experience at a global firm or in-house team.
• 3+ years leading people or a consular/visa function.
• Hands-on knowledge of business visa requirements across multiple regions.
• Experience managing in-country counsel and vendor networks.
• Clear written communication for non-expert audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end consular filings for business, visitor, and transit visas worldwide.
• Develop filing strategies by nationality and destination, including emergency processing.
• Advise clients on business visitor permissibility and activities to reduce risk.
• Serve as escalation point for HR, mobility, and travel management clients.
• Hire, train, and manage consular specialists and coordinators; set standards.
• Build and manage a global network of in-country counsel and partners.
• Partner with product/engineering to automate consular workflows.
