Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services.
• Middle Office experience across multiple asset classes.
• Proven track record of operational excellence.
• Experience with industry, regulatory and/or firm change programs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess new regulation with Global Legal & Compliance to understand impact.
• Design controls to embed within Nomura's control frameworks and write BRDs for IT teams.
• Coordinate development and implementation of key regulatory controls across front-to-back systems.
• Lead testing, co-ordinate global test cycles, and ensure readiness for senior management approvals.
• Engage with global stakeholders, attend regulatory forums and drive remediation for control issues.
• Contribute to firm-wide programs and global middle office strategic initiatives.
