Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services.
• Middle Office experience across multiple asset classes.
• Proven track record of operational excellence.
• Experience with industry, regulatory and/or firm change programs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess the impact of new regulation; design controls for Nomura's frameworks.
• Coordinate development, prioritisation and implementation of key regulatory controls across front-to-back systems.
• Write BRDs for IT teams and validate controls with stakeholders globally.
• Coordinate global test cycles and review evidence for senior management approvals.
• Engage with global stakeholders and governance forums; communicate changes and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Contribute to firm-wide programs and global middle office strategic initiatives.
